Return policy
MiniMee.com issues Store Credit only for the purchase price, excluding shipping. For a Return to be eligible, items MUST be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise. You must send an email to jcminimeeboutique@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns will not be accepted for emails later than 7 days of your ship date. You must ship back the item(s) within 14 days of your receiving your order.  MiniMee.com will not be responsible for return shipping cost.. Once we receive the merchandise, we will inspect all items and issue a store credit. If items do not follow the return criteria mentioned above, we will ship back the items and deny request for return.Â
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.Â
NOTE: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us at jcminimeeboutique@gmail.com within 3 DAYS to initiate a return. If we are not emailed within 3 days of receiving the item, you will no longer qualify for a return. Please send a photo of the damage or defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, washing, handling or incorrect size.
- The exact colors of merchandise are not always accurate on our website. Cameras, phones, screens, computers, laptops, etc can alter the appearance of colors. We will not accept any returns for color matching.Â
Defective RETURNS
Ship Your Defective Return
You must pay for return shipping to our Returns Department at

Once we receive your defective return, we will inspect the merchandise and if it qualifies, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount to the original payment source.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
Christmas and Holiday Items can not be returned after the Holiday. Sales are Final.Â

How long does it take to process the return?
Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund for defective items?
Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your refund to the original payment source within 7 business days.
Is there a return fee?
You must pay for return shipping to our warehouse.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We cannot offer price adjustments on any items. You must return the defective item back to our warehouse to be processed for a Refund.
