Many shifts are worked alone, so you must be comfortable making decisions, staying productive without constant supervision, and providing excellent customer service while managing all aspects of the store. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and can confidently handle daily responsibilities from opening to closing.

Position Summary

Mini Mee Boutique is looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers find outfits they love. This position involves providing outstanding customer service, maintaining an organized and inviting sales floor, processing sales, preparing new merchandise, and assisting with daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Provide one-on-one customer service by helping customers find clothing that fits their style and size.
• Show customers available styles, colors, and sizes, and make personalized outfit recommendations.
• Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Fold, organize, and straighten merchandise regularly.
• Prepare new inventory for sale by tagging, steaming, and displaying merchandise.
• Assist with product photography for online listings and social media.
• Restock merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Clean the store daily, including fitting rooms, registers, mirrors, floors, displays, and other common areas.
• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Work independently while maintaining a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Help achieve store sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
